TL 30%: Concentrated Liquid Base (Without Solid Fillers)

TL 30% is a concentrated black liquid base that you add fillers to, and then it becomes ready-to-apply TL-2000. Available in standard formulation and high-flash TL 30% 142 (Low VOC). It is engineered for economical long-distance freight, allowing local contractors and distributors to blend on-site. It is a 100% active non-aqueous formula.

How TL 30% Works

TL 30% is a liquid mixture of the TL KP and oxidized bitumen. It is a liquid part, missing only solid fillers to create TL-2000. Once TL 30% is mixed with fillers it is ready to apply.
