SOUP: The Liquid Mixed With RAP
SOUP is the liquid binder formulated to be blended with reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) or clean aggregates at ambient temperatures. It turns waste road millings into permanent, high-performance cold asphalt without furnaces or emissions.
How SOUP Works
Traditional hot asphalt requires 160°C fossil fuel burners. SOUP replaces heating with chemical cross-linking. When mixed with RAP in a standard pugmill or batch mixer, it activates the existing oxidized bitumen and locks the stones firmly together.
